This frozen Trader Joe’s riced cauliflower is a simple and easy way to add some nutrients to any meal. I use it in place of regular rice, and it’s super easy to heat up in the microwave or on the stove top. The only ingredient is cauliflower rice, and it has a fairly neutral cauliflower taste that soaks up sauces and stocks really well. If you eat it at the right temperature and with the right entree or salad, it can sometimes fool you into thinking you are legit eating rice. When I’m feeling lazy I’ll put some in the microwave for a few minutes and then put it as a side for my grilled chicken. Sometimes I even put some soy sauce on it to really convince myself I’m having legit rice!………….

What recipes does everyone use this TJ’s riced cauliflower in? I know at different times there has been Trader Joe’s riced cauliflower stir fry and a riced cauliflower bowl for sale. Whether you buy the Trader Joe’s cauliflower riced stir fry or make it yourself with some frozen cauliflower rice and add chicken, it is a perfect substitute for rice without all the carbs. And the nutritious value of cauliflower is way, way better than regular grain rice. If anyone has go to Trader Joe’s sauce they mix this cauliflower rice with or delicious recipes that include these little diced up white nutrition bombs, let me know! It makes me happy that there are so many different options for cauliflower preparations all the sudden at grocery stores! From cauliflower fried rice to cauliflower stir frys, cauliflower is definitely having a moment…..
