This Trader Joe’s probiotic supplement is a good value and can help with gut health among other health benefits. Probiotics help with digestive health and balance out a lot of the good and bad bacteria in your body. Unlike other national brand probiotics this doesn’t contain any artificial colors or other added junk. Probiotic supplements can get very pricey, so this $13 bottle is a pretty good value, especially if you compare it to natural grocers like Whole Foods. I can’t vouch for the effectiveness of this Trader Joe’s probiotic, but I know a lot of people swear by this, especially women. Advanced Strength Probiotic at Trader Joe’s
Trader Joe’s has a ton of different supplements and vitamins, and they seemingly add one every week. If there is a recent trend or one that is about to catch on in health and supplements, TJs is always good about being current with the trend. Does anyone take a daily probiotic supplement? If there are a few different vitamins or supplements that people take daily that help them a lot, I’d love to know what they are! I know a number of people that take a Trader Joe’s multivitamin daily and pay significantly less at Trader Joe’s than nutrition stores. If anyone has taken TJ’s probiotic and saw negative reactions, I’d be interested to hear what those were. As with all the vitamins and supplements, make sure you know what you’re doing and what you’re allergic to before you start taking something.
