This Trader Joe’s biscotti is rich, buttery and almond filled with an easy to eat softness to it. It’s great for dunking in coffee or just eating when you need a sweet treat. These technically are mini biscottis but they are big enough to hold up for dunking in coffee or milk. I usually associate biscotti with being super hard almost to the point it’s hard to chew, but these are definitely made to be way softer. I think Trader Joe’s realized that since they put the word soft right on the label. The almond taste of these is a subtle and nice aspect and kind of makes my coffee taste like it has almond creamer in it! If you like almond flavored things and pastries, this will hit the spot. Just don’t expect the typical biscotti crunch!………….

Soft Bite Mini Almond Biscotti at Trader Joe’s
There are a few different varieties of biscotti at Trader Joe’s, including full size plain and chocolate covered. What is everyone’s favorite version of biscotti? Is it just me, or do people like dunking these in coffee or milk?! As good as these are, I’d love to know if anyone has an amazing homemade biscotti recipe for when you are feeling ambitious and not lazy like me. Biscotti is one of those things that is either really good or can be awful if it’s not fresh. But these definitely do the trick as an easy treat for when you’re sick of Trader Joe’s chocolate chip cookies (why would you be?) and want to mix it up a bit……
