These Trader Joe’s portabella mushrooms come in 6 ounce packs and sell for $2.99, coming out to about $8/pound. TJs also carries organic white button mushrooms and a few other varieties depending on the time of year. TJs mushrooms always come wrapped in plastic in the refrigerated section and are not in the loose produce section. Or you could just pick up the Trader Joe’s umami seasoning if you are looking for a mushroom flavor the easy way!…….…….
