Trader Joe’s Eggnog, Seasonal

This Trader Joe’s eggnog is a seasonal item, and has been around for years and years at TJs. It’s not the thickest or best tasting eggnog I’ve ever had, but it gets the job done and is definitely lacking a lot of the unhealthy and artificial ingredients that are now in some national brand eggnogs. Trader Joe’s eggnog liqueur is also sold now in the alcohol section, but you may as well by this Trader Joes eggnog and just add your own liqueur if you’re looking for a festive drink………….

Eggnog at Trader Joe’s, Seasonal

Trader Joe’s eggnog is a staple of the Christmas season and comes in a 32 oz container. This has less sugar than some national eggnog brands, but maybe as a result of it being a little healthier, I don’t love the flavor of this. How does everyone like this eggnog compared to other brands? If anyone has a really good eggnog drink they make during the holidays, let us know! And if you can’t make it out to TJs, give these items a try…..

  1. Trader Joe’s egg nog tastes better than the previous years. They made it more flavorful & it is delicious! Very comparable to my fav Alta Dena Egg Nog. Thumps Up!

  2. Just tried it for first and noticed a very odd flavor that did not taste like something that belongs in egg nog. Read ingredient list and saw turmeric. That’s it. Turmeric is great in curry, not egg nog. I don’t like this at all. Bleck.
