Trader Joe’s Masala Burger, Vegetable

This Trader Joe’s masala burger is made mostly with potatoes and has a softer than normal texture to it after cooking it. Trader Joe’s vegetable masala burgers with authentic Indian spices as they are officially called come pre cooked and can either be barbecued or made in a skillet on the stove top. If you get the pan or grill hot enough these TJs masala burgers will crisp up a bit and get a nice charred look to them, but the consistency and texture definitely doesn’t resemble an actual burger. Of course they are made mainly with potatoes and vegetables so that’s to be expected. They also have a slight Indian spice flavor to them but aren’t super hot or spicy…….…….

Trader Joe’s Vegetable Masala Burger

These Trader Joe’s veggie burgers are a super unique product that is a nice way for vegans to have an Indian spiced burger that can be prepared like a real burger. How does everyone like these compared to the other meatless burgers at Trader Joe’s? I haven’t added any interesting sauces or spreads to these Trader Joe’s masala burgers, but I’m curious to know if any of the Indian sauces go really well as a topper for these veggie burgers! And if you can’t make it out to TJs, give these items a try…..
