This Trader Joe’s guacamole has a really nice garlic and smooth Hass avocado flavor and texture to it. It comes in two peel and serve little trays that are perfect for snacking or laying out to dip some veggies or chips in. In case some people are confused as to the name, it’s a play on Avogadro’s number, a mathematician, etc, etc, there’s 5 whole avocados in every package! This has a more buttery and onion/garlic taste than some of the other Trader Joe’s guacamoles. They now have chunky guacamole, chunky spicy guacamole, and a few others depending on the time of the year. This Avocado’s number guac is one of my favorites, but there are a ton of good choices………….

Guacamole at Trader Joe’s
You really can’t go wrong with guacamole, unless you’re adding crazy ingredients to it. This has good, standard ingredients and goes really well with lots of different Trader Joe’s chips. I’ve used the pita chips, the tortilla chips, the regular old TJs potato chips. And I even tried the Trader Joe’s ghost pepper chips with this guacamole! I’d say my favorite is the tortilla chips, but when you’re adding guac to a chip, you’re doing something right no matter what. The ghost pepper chips with guacamole is a pretty random combination but actually somewhat works since the Hass avocados make the guacamole so buttery and smooth compared to the spiciness of the chip. Let me know your favorite recipe or way to use this Trader Joe’s guacamole. Next I have to start putting this in my burritos more often!……
