This Trader Joe’s beef jerky is chewy, salty and delicious. It comes in a few different flavors, but this teriyaki variety is my favorite. it has a really nice sweet taste to it with a good beef texture and taste. This is a relatively good value too at under $5 for 1/4 of a pound of jerky. The meat is sliced, dried and smoked and has a lot healthier ingredients than a lot of the national beef jerky brands. There’s also a Trader Joe’s organic beef jerky for a dollar more, in addition to grass fed Trader Joe’s Chomps beef sticks. I like the beef sticks for when I just want something on the go during travel or work, but this bag of jerky is perfect for keeping in your pantry for when you want a healthy snack………….

Natural Teriyaki Beef Jerky at Trader Joe’s
Trader Joe’s beef jerky is a perfect way to get a ton of protein without a lot of sugar or carbs. For people that are eating Whole30, keto and low carb, beef jerky should be a staple of your protein sources. Cooking meats and chicken each week on diets can be a pain, so this is a good way to supplement meals without any prep. What is everyone’s favorite flavor of beef jerky? If anyone has a favorite beef jerky brand other than TJs, I’d love to know. I don’t eat beef jerky a lot, but I like that the TJs branded ones don’t have all the added sugar or preservatives like most beef jerky. If you can’t make it to TJs in person, give these beef jerkys a shot…..
