Trader Joe’s Wontons, Mini Chicken Cilantro

These Trader Joe’s wontons are delicious little mini frozen chicken pillows that have a really nice cilantro flavor to them. As with most gyoza, dumplings, perogis or wontons like these, they taste a lot better with some crunchy texture to them when you fry them in some oil in a hot pan. But if you are just looking for a solid tasting snack, you can easily microwave these in a few minutes. I usually just add a bit more Trader Joe’s gyoza sauce or sweet and sour to cover up the fact the microwave texture isn’t ideal…….…….

Wontons at Trader Joe’s with Chicken and Cilantro

These Trader Joe’s wontons are a perfect snack to have when you are too lazy to even order any food in! They have a bright, fresh tasting chicken and cilantro flavor to them, and you can easily just make a few at a time and seal the rest in the freezer for later. What sauces or condiments does everyone like to use with these little mini TJs wontons? I think the TJs gyoza sauce and even soyaki both taste really good with these wontons. And if you can’t make it out to TJs, give these items a try…..
