This Trader Joe’s salad with kale and edamame is a pretty good healthy vegan meal for a price of under $4. There’s a bunch of stuff thrown into it, including sweetened dried cranberries, grape tomatoes, almonds and scallions. The lemon herb salad dressing that it comes with is actually really fresh tasting and adds a good amount of flavor. There are a bunch of different premade salads at Trader Joe’s, but this one is one of the better ones in my experience. I don’t eat these kale salads very often, but they are decent if you need a meal to go at work or are just feeling too lazy to cook anything!………….

Trader Joe’s Kale Salad, Premade
I used to like the southwest salad and the Caesar salad in the premade section, but they do rotate different flavors in and out fairly often it seems like. What is everyone’s favorite Trader Joe’s salad? Sometimes the salad is solid but the salad dressing that comes with the premade salad isn’t great so I’m always looking for new and delicious Trader Joe’s salad dressings. What is everyone’s go to TJs salad dressing? I usually go with the balsamic vinaigrette, the green goddess dressing or if I don’t care about calories, the bleu cheese dip dressing! Sometimes I put a little Italian dressing mixed with the bleu cheese dressing on my salads, and it mixes to form a perfect combo of sweet and creamy goodness. But maybe you want something healthier since you’re eating a salad after all, so just use some oilive oil and vinegar!…..
