Trader Joe’s Risotto, with Riced Cauliflower

This Trader Joe’s risotto with riced cauliflower and butternut squash has a really good creamy and smooth flavor to it, and can be cooked in the microwave or on the stove top. This isn’t especially filling, but it does have a nice texture and taste to it with the cauliflower and butternut squash providing a really satisfying meal that feels a lot like you are eating real risotto with rice. This tastes a lot better when you make it on the stove top, but even in the microwave the butternut squash and garlic flavors really shine through………….

Riced Cauliflower and Butternut Squash Risotto at Trader Joe’s

Trader Joe’s risotto with mushrooms is a really solid frozen meal staple, but this “risotto” that’s made with cauliflower rice is an awesome option if you don’t want to eat real rice. How does everyone like to eat this Trader Joes risotto? If anyone has a really good homemade cauliflower risotto recipe, let us know! I’m also curious to know what sauces people put on this. And if you can’t make it out to TJs, give these items a try…..
