These Trader Joe’s mints are peppermint flavored, organic and have a nice refreshing taste to them. You can easily bite into them for a bit more of a peppermint kick, but they last a good amount of time without biting them. These also have a lot healthier ingredients than most national brand mints, with only a small amount of sugar from maple syrup. At 5 calories per mint with no artificial flavors or weird sugar substitutes, these are a great option to keep your breath fresh. These are a no brainer to keep in your car or at your desk, especially because they are significantly cheaper than Altoids………….

Gluten Free Organic Trader Joe’s Peppermints
There are a few different Trader Joe’s mints versions including the popular Trader Joe’s green tea mints. If you like green tea and mint flavor, the green tea mints are really good, but I like these TJ’s peppermint since they are a tad more neutral tasting. What is everyone’s favorite mints at TJs? If you don’t like peppermint and have bad breath, the Trader Joe’s gum is also a great healthy option without any weird ingredients. And if you can’t make it out to TJs, give these items a try…..
