This Trader Joe’s decaf coffee is a french roast, organic, fair trade and is water processed. The water processed part means that a lot of the chemicals that are used to strip the caffeine in most decafs are not present here, instead the harder but healthier water process is used. These cans are $8.99 for 13 ounces, compared to the regular Trader Joe’s decaf that is $5.99 for 14 ounces. I wouldn’t say there’s a huge difference in terms of taste with this organic decaf compared to the cheaper TJs decaf version, so it really depends on how critical the organic, fair trade and water processed aspects are to you! ………….
- Water processed, fair trade, organic decaf coffee

French Roast Decaf Coffee at Trader Joe’s
Trader Joe’s decaf k cups also exist, and those are of course made for your Keurig machine. But this Trader Joes whole bean coffee doesn’t seem to have much caffeine since the slight buzz I get from it seems pretty on par with other brands decaf coffee. How would everyone compare the taste and buzz from this decaf compared to the regular Trader Joe’s decaffeinated version? If anyone has a go to delicious decaf coffee they drink, let me know! It’s hard to find swiss water processed decaf coffee for this price, so even if this sounds pricey, it’s actually a really good deal compared to other brands. And if you can’t make it out to TJs, give these items a try…..
