Trader Joe’s Multi Colored Carrots, Organic

These Trader Joe’s multi colored carrots are organic, small and crisp, and make a nice colorful splash on a vegetable platter. There are a few different types of multi colored carrots at TJs, including Les Petites Carrots of many colors, Colorful carrot coins, and dehydrated carrots. The taste may not be any different from regular old carrots with the standard orange color, but they are definitely good for having a better looking plate or presentation. And they are supposedly healthier than standard carrots since multi colored vegetables in general offer different and more nutrients. ………….

Organic Trader Joe’s Multi Colored Carrots

There are so many delicious vegetable options at Trader Joe’s, but few of them have the visual appeal of these carrots. What is everyone’s favorite recipe or way to eat these little organic cut and and peeled carrots? If anyone has tried any of the other colored carrots at TJs, let me know which ones you prefer. I’d love to hear about creative or unique ways people have displayed or used these carrots on a charcuterie board! I like to dip these in Trader Joe’s spinach and sour cream dip, and in buffalo ranch chicken dip. It’s nice that these are so little since you can pile on a bunch of yummy dip without having too much of a vegetable taste! I especially like these with hot and rich dips. And if you can’t make it out to TJs, give these items a try…..
