These Trader Joe’s gluten free muffins are a relatively new product at TJs, and come in a four pack of Cinnamon Coffee Cake flavor. They are super moist and light, with a good sweetness to them and a pretty good density compared to some gluten free muffins and baked goods. I know that there are some pretty bad tasting gluten free muffins and pastries out there, so these should be a welcome relief to gluten free people. Keep in mind that these sweet little muffins do have a whopping 440 calories per muffin, so I guess there’s always a trade off! But if you eat gluten free and have been looking for a genuinely good tasting gf muffin with just the right texture and density, I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised with these. ………….

Trader Joe’s Gluten Free Muffins
Trader Joe’s gluten free products are almost always better than your average gf item, and these are no exception. I’m happy for people that eat gf that there’s now a relatively well priced four pack of muffins that taste good at Trader Joe’s. What does everyone think of the taste of these gluten free muffins compared to other ones you’ve had? I’d love to know if anyone has a really great gluten free muffin recipe that they make when they don’t buy them in the store! One thing I love about these muffins is they use a lot of real ingredients and not a bunch of junk like a lot of store bought muffins tend to have.
