Trader Joe’s Fried Ravioli, Breaded and Frozen

This Trader Joe’s fried ravioli is a really yummy tasting appetizer that when cooked right is gooey and cheesy in the middle with a crispy texture on the outside. I think these fried raviolis are sort of a St. Louis specialty. This TJs frozen version is best cooked in an air fryer (with air fryer directions even right on the TJs packaging) to maximize crunch and texture. These aren’t the healthiest option or the most filling, but are an interesting choice when you want to mix it up a bit from your typical Trader Joe’s frozen meals………….

Breaded Fried Ravioli at Trader Joe’s

Trader Joe’s fried ravioli is a new frozen meal option for 2021, and I think this may stick around for awhile. TJs has made a really delicious tasting regional specialty for the frozen aisle that strikes a good balance between gooey and crunchy. How does everyone compare this frozen version to the real deal if you’ve had it in St. Louis or other areas that serve this? And if anyone has a secret to how they’ve cooked this for best taste and texture, or even have a recipe of your own for these, let us know! If you can’t make it out to TJs, give these items a try…..
