This Trader Joe’s Butternut Squash Ravioli is a solid choice for easy to heat up pasta. It has a pretty good sweet butternut filling, and is simple to make on the stove top. The flavors are not crazy strong so you can probably put a rich and savory sauce over this without hesitation. I ended up just eating this hot right out of the water because I am lazy. But I bet a buttery sauce would go well with these triangle shaped pillows. The TJ’s butternut squash sauce probably is made for this, or maybe you could even have Trader Joe’s butternut squash soup with this, but that might be overkill!………….

Butternut Squash Ravioli at Trader Joe’s
The great thing about these refrigerated pastas is that you can make a super delicious homemade sauce to go with them since the pasta is basically already made. What are everyone’s favorite recipes for sauce? I get overwhelmed in the canned sauce aisle of Trader Joe’s since there are so many good ones. Does everyone have a go to one they use for most pastas, or a few that they always have in their pantry?!
Homemade pasta recipes are among the simplest types of recipes out there, but it still always seems daunting to get the egg and flour out when premade pasta still tastes good. What I’m saying is, if you aren’t lazy like me, make some homemade pasta, add some TJ’s sauce and you will be a kitchen hero. Or just put this Trader Joe’s butternut squash ravioli in some boiling water, twist open a can of sauce, and eat the lazy but delicious meal. Either way you cant go wrong! Here’s a few other options if you can’t make it to TJs…..
