This stacked Trader Joe’s eggplant parmesan is a really good vegetarian frozen meal option. TJs has had eggplant parm for a long time in the freezer section, and the ingredients and flavors have long been semi healthy and a lot tastier than national brands that have similar frozen entrees. There have been a few different frozen and refrigerated eggplant parms at Trader Joe’s over the last decade, but this particular frozen one is among my favorite vegetarian frozen meals………….

Trader Joe’s Vegetarian Eggplant Parmesan
There are so many different Trader Joe’s vegetarian frozen meals this point, but eggplant parm is definitely worth trying. How would everyone compare this to restaurant or homemade eggplant parmesans you’ve had? If anyone has a really good homemade eggplant parmesan recipe, let us know! I like to keep one of these in my freezer, especially if you have friends or family that are vegetarians. And if you can’t make it out to TJs, give these items a try…..
– Meal Mart Parve Eggplant Parmesan in Tomato Sauce 12 Oz. Pk Of 6.
– Cento – Imported Italian Eggplant Caponata, (4)- 7 oz. Cans
Price: $3.99

Trader Joe’s eggplant review
Is it true that Trader Joe’s eggplant parmesan has been discontinued? If true, I’ll be heart broken!!
Too bad if discontinued it was my favorite frozen option. Wonder who sells similar?
I’m hugely heartbroken. I loved, loved, loved this EP dish.
This was my go-to easy meal – delicious and relatively low calorie. I am so bummed they don’t carry it anymore!!!
