This Trader Joe’s truffle cheese has been around a few years, is made in Italy and has a nice pungent truffle taste to it. The cheese has a good softness to it but maintains enough firmness to make it easy to cut for cracker or to add to salads. I think the best use for it is to melt it over the top of burgers to make an indulgent truffle cheese burger………….

Italian Truffle Cheese at Trader Joe’s
Trader Joe’s truffle cheese is a really nice cheese to have once on awhile when you get the hankering for the rich and pungent truffle. How does everyone like to use this Italian truffle cheese? I really have to be in the mood to have this cheese so I wouldn’t say its an everyday cheese, especially at nearly $13 per pound. And if you can’t make it out to TJs, give these items a try…..
