Trader Joe’s Butternut Squash Mac and Cheese

This Trader Joe’s butternut squash mac and cheese is a seasonal fall item, and is one of my favorite TJs frozen mac and cheese varieties. The richness of the cheeses, the bechamel, cream and butternut squash combine for a super creamy, rich and indulgent meal. It’s been tweaked slightly for 2021, but the intense flavors from the different cheeses in this like gouda, parmesan and cheddar paired with sage, nutmeg and other fall flavors really make this a fall favorite of mine. If you’re craving a super festive meal that will fill you up and is creamy, gooey and rich, this TJs butternut squash mac and cheese is perfect…..…….

Butternut Squash Mac & Cheese at Trader Joe’s

Trader Joe’s mac and cheese can now be found in varieties like french onion mac and cheese and hatch chile, but I think this seasonal butternut squash one is the best. Or at least in the running with the hatch chile mac and cheese for the best. What does everyone like to eat this TJs butternut squash mac & cheese with? If anyone has a really good bread or side they pair with this, let us know! And if you can’t make it out to TJs, give these items a try…..
