Trader Joe’s Seafood Blend

This Trader Joe’s seafood blend is perfect for adding to soups or a homemade cioppino, and doesn’t contain any weird preservatives or salt. The frozen 1 pound bag is the prefect way to add healthy protein to pretty much any dish, without any of the prep work or having to have multiple bags of different types of seafood. If you overcook the shrimp, calamari or scallops they can definitely become rubbery, but if you cook these for just a bit and keep them a nice al dente, this is the prefect Trader Joe’s seafood blend…….…….
