Trader Joe’s Ramen, Chicken Flavor

This Trader Joe’s ramen is one of my favorite easy and cheap meals, made even better by the fact TJs has used way healthier ingredients than the average national brand ramen noodles. Included in the little cup in addition to the noodles is a seasoning packet and a packet of combined sunflower and sesame oil. The added packet of oil isn’t found in pretty much any other ramen noodle pack, and adds a savory richness to the broth. My favorite of the Trader Joe’s ramen noodle flavors is this chicken, but all are delicious…..…….

Trader Joe’s Chicken Ramen Noodles

Trader Joe’s ramen is super easy to make like all ramen noodles. Just add boiling water to the noodles and add the oil and seasoning packet. While there is still a good amount of sodium in this, the TJs ramen is so much healthier with better ingredients than any other option. What is everyone’s favorite flavor of TJs ramen? If anyone adds a delicious sauce or condiment/seasoning to this ramen, let us know! And if you can’t make it out to TJs, give these items a try…..

  1. Its incredibly skimpy on noodles, over priced and the noodles don’t even separate properly. The cheap super market 5 for 1.99 ramen noodles are way better.

    1. Have ya read the ingredients in the cheap stuff? It’s all artificial and preservatives. If you don’t care what you’re putting in your body, eat the crap. I’ll stick with TJs.
