These Trader Joe’s potato chips are ridge cut with sea salt and have a good crunch to them without being overly salty. They aren’t the most amazing chips I’ve ever tasted, but if you are comparing these to Ruffles and other name brands, these have a more natural, potato taste to them without any weird aftertaste. The ingredients in these Trader Joe’s potato chips are super simple and relatively healthier than a lot of the brands that add junk to their chips. These also can hold a lot of dip without breaking, so break these out if you have a super heavy or thick dip you’re using. These go really well with Trader Jo’e spinach dip or with the spinach and artichoke dip from the frozen aisle………….

Ridge Cut Potato Chips at Trader Joe’s
The Trader Joe’s potato chip aisle is a thing of beauty, with so many delicious kinds of snacks that it’s totally overwhelming. But these classic potato chips have been around for years, one of the few products in this aisle that seemingly have remained staples. What is everyone’s favorite dip to use with these ridge cut chips? I generally like sour cream based dips when I use traditional potato chips like these. For some reason the potato flavor of these is perfect with cool, smooth dips. If anyone has a go to variety of chips at Trader Joe’s I’d love to know, especially since it can be hard to keep up with all the holiday and seasonal products that come and go! Now if I can find a keto, gluten free, carb free potato chip that tastes excellent. Or something……
