This Trader Joe’s Instant Boba kit is new for 2022 and can be found in the frozen dessert section of TJs. It comes with 4 individually sealed packets that have, as Trader Joe’s describes, “brown sugar tapioca pearl drink mix” in each one. All you do is defrost the packets in the microwave and add your favorite milk! As a nice bonus, Trader Joe’s instant boba kit comes with four straws that have a wide opening so you can slurp the tapioca boba balls like you would at your favorite tea or coffee place………….

Instant Boba at Trader Joe’s
Trader Joes Instant boba kit has a really good flavor to it, and because you can add your own milk or dairy free milk like oat milk or almond milk, you can make your drink as sweet as you want. The little boba tapioca balls have a pretty good chewy consistency to them, and when paired with cold milk and stirred up, this is a good value considering how expensive boba tea can be at lots of coffee and tea shops. Trader Joe’s Instant Boba kit seems to be gaining popularity quickly, so I think there’s a real chance this could become a permanent fixture in the dessert section. The Trader Joe’s boba ice cream came out a few years ago, but I would probably buy this kit before I would buy the ice cream because of the better taste and ways you can tweak it to make it your own!
