This Trader Joe’s goat milk, made by Meyenberg, is a deliciously smooth and creamy milk alternative to cow’s milk. It’s easier to digest for many people than regular milk, and has a really nice almost sweet, rich taste to it. I think the butterfat content is higher in goat milk compared to cow milk, and it is packed with the same protein and calcium as regular milk. I definitely didn’t know what to expect when I first tried this, but it’s just as versatile as regular cow’s milk and pretty much can be used in any recipe or dish you’d want. And I know a lot of people that swear by this for way easier digestion than regular milk………….

Meyenberg Goat Milk at Trader Joe’s
The Trader Joe’s dairy and milk section is filled with cow’s milk alternatives and dairy free alternatives. There’s Trader Joe’s Oat Milk among many other, but this goat milk is actually from an animal so of course isn’t dairy free. If you’re worried about a weird taste with goat milk, this version definitely doesn’t have a funky taste. I have heard that some brands that aren’t as fresh or high quality could be a little funky. What is everyone’s favorite recipe or way to use this goat milk? I don’t have the best palette, so I’m curious to know if people think this goat milk tastes way better than regular cow’s milk or about the same. In any case, give this goat milk a shot and I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised at the taste of it like I was….
