Trader Joe’s Gluten Free Pumpkin Bread

This Trader Joe’s gluten free pumpkin bread and muffin mix makes one of the best gf breads I’ve had, and is a seasonal item for the Fall. It has a really moist texture coupled with a nice pumpkin flavor that doesn’t make it feel like you’re comprising much compared to regular old pumpkin bread. I like the pumpkin bread a little more than the muffins I’ve made with this gluten free pumpkin bread mix, but you really can’t go wrong either way………….

Trader Joe’s Gluten Free Pumpkin Bread & Muffin Baking Mix

Trader Joe’s gluten free pumpkin bread has been around a few years now, and is slightly updated for 2021. How would everyone compare the muffins to the bread if you’ve made both?! Has anyone spread any yummy gluten free topping on the muffins for a decadent treat? I would say the moistness of the bread was the most surprising thing to me when I made these! If anyone has a go to gluten free bread recipe they use, let us know. And if you can’t make it out to TJs, give these items a try…..
