This Trader Joe’s ginger turmeric tea is caffeine free, and has a really unique ginger spice to it. The distinct smell and taste of turmeric mixed with the ginger makes for a soothing and relaxing herbal tea. I really like sipping on this after a big meal or at night when I’m winding down. Keep in mind this is one of many different Trader Joe’s herbal teas, but may be the most unique tasting. If you don’t like ginger, turmeric, or even licorice (yes, that’s an ingredient!) you definitely will not like this tea! That probably sounds obvious but this is not the most subtle tasting tea so if you’re looking for something a little easier to sip, I’d probably go with the Trader Joe’s peppermint tea or Well Rested blend…….…….

Organic Ginger Turmeric Herbal Tea at Trader Joe’s
The somewhat spicy and and tongue tingling flavor of this is one of the more interesting teas I’ve tasted. These flavors are popular in Southeast Asia and definitely make me feel like I’m drinking something exotic. What is everyone’s favorite Trader Joe’s herbal tea or tea with caffeine? I really like the peppermint tea and the chai tea, but I’d put this up there in my top 5 or so. If anyone has a go to tea that pairs perfectly with certain Trader Joe’s desserts or other pastries, I’d love to hear! I love having tea with something a little sweet, especially since most Trader Joe’s teas don’t have any sugar added. Just make sure you have a nice teapot to serve your tea in and you can pretend like you’re at a British tea room!…..
