This Trader Joe’s dark chocolate bar has a rich chocolate flavor with a subtle sweetness to it. Most of Trader Joe’s chocolate bars are some form of dark chocolate and this is one of the more pure, higher cacao bars. TJs also sells 70% cacao bars in both full size and packs of mini chocolate bars. A lot of dark chocolate bars have a bunch more junk added to them, but these have just three ingredients. You can easily break them up into squares and have a few for a healthy treat when you’re craving sugar but want to resist something super unhealthy! And high cacao dark chocolate is supposedly a superfood, so you don’t even have to feel guilty chowing down on this…..…….

Trader Joe’s Dark Chocolate Bar
There are so many different chocolates at Trader Joe’s that it can be hard to decide which percent cacao and what type of chocolate to buy. That’s one of the reasons the Trader Joe’s chocolate passport is so cool because it let’s you try different chocolates from different parts of the world. What is everyone’s favorite chocolate bar at TJs? I sometimes wish these higher end bars sold in packs of smaller mini bars since I’m always tempted to just eat the whole bar once I open it up, especially since its not resealable. And just as a note, these have a little bit of caffeine in them, so it’s probably best to not have them super late at night for sleep purposes! Here’s a few options if you can’t make it out to TJs…..

I’m still asking the same question and it’s April 2, 2022. EBay people bought lots of the bars and are selling them for $4 @, some with hefty shipping charges. Hope our local TJ’s will have them soon, at $1.99 @.
