I drink enough coffee to give a large elephant the jitters, so Trader Joe’s coconut creamer is a staple of my fridge. I usually drink my coffee black, but this non-dairy alternative is really delicious. It has a regular cream like consistency and feel to it. I am not too familiar with non-dairy products in general so I’d love to hear if there are any other recipes or uses for this. I use the Trader Joe’s Coconut Cream a lot in smoothies and other sweet recipes for an amazing subtle coconut flavor. Maybe this coconut creamer though is best suited to help take down your morning cup of joe……….
- Non dairy creamer

- Tastes like Trader Joe’s coconut cream in your coffee!
Trader Joe’s Coconut Creamer
If you are searching for a non-dairy creamer because you are lactose intolerant or just want to mix it up a bit from your normal cream, this is it. The sugar and coconut milk ingredients kind of make it obvious that this is delicious. You could put coconut milk and sugar on a log and it would taste good?! It also only has 5 calories per serving. But more importantly when I pour it in my coffee it makes that swirly vortex of deliciousness as it mixes with the coffee. Just like regular cream. Try this in your coffee whether or not you can have dairy or not. And let me know any recipes or other uses you have for this. I think it may even be paleo which would be a nice bonus for all those folks who stick to that way of eating. Where can I get a mini umbrella that clings to side of my coffee cup while I drink this? That is the question!
