This Trader Joe’s cheesecake, in the bright blue box with the State of Liberty on it, is a solid choice for a traditional cheesecake. It can be super creamy and also have a fairly solid texture, depending on how long you let it defrost. You can either leave it in refrigerator overnight or out for a few hours. It isn’t the most powerful taste, but most dense and rich cream cakes like this have a more subtle rich flavor. A few years ago there was only one or two Trader Joe’s cheesecakes in the frozen dessert section to choose from. Now there are a bunch of different ones that TJs sells, depending on the time of year. The pumpkin cheesecake is delicious, and the cookie butter cheesecake is an interesting combo but doesn’t quite do it for me………….

Cheesecake at Trader Joe’s
As much as I like a traditional cheesecake like this New York style one, my absolute favorite TJ’s cheesecake item of all time is the Trader Joe’s mini cheesecake cones. They have an amazing tasting quark cheese stuffed inside mini cones made of sugar and almond and deliciousness. I put the cheesecake cones among my top 3 TJs desserts of all time. What is everyone’s favorite cheesecake and/or dessert in the frozen aisle of Trader Joe’s? A few of them I still haven’t tried yet like the cheeseless cheesecake and the cookie butter cheesecake bites! One of the many great things about the TJ’s frozen dessert section is that they rotate so many good items in and out that you know you’ll always find something new that you haven’t tried yet……

Very disappointed. Yesterday I bought and ate this cheesecake and am very dissatisfied with its taste. I couldn’t taste any cheese flavor; furthermore, I think there are not any kinds of tastes or flavors. Therefore, I can say it’s tasteless. I feel buying this cheesecake is a waste of money even though its price is very good compared to the other cheesecakes because its taste is not right. The right things are its texture and density as a cheesecake. I wish it had an actual cheesecake taste.
