Trader Joe’s Almonds, Raw

These Trader Joe’s almonds are raw, generally pretty fresh, and a really good value at $4.99/lb. The only place in store that I consistently see for cheaper is Aldi, assuming you just want to buy a pound, and not in bulk at Costco or online. Trader Joe’s raw almonds are one of the very first super popular items I remember buying at Trader Joes, back when it was hard to find raw almonds at a grocery, especially for a really good value. Of course there are now a lot of variations of Trader Joe’s almonds, including Trader Joe’s organic almonds for slightly more per pound. There is also flavored almonds, almond butter, almond meal, etc………….

Raw Almonds at Trader Joe’s

Trader Joes almonds are a longtime staple of the TJs nuts aisle, and really haven’t increased in price much over the years. I like to toast a handful of these up in avocado or olive oil and add some spices for a healthy and nutrient rich snack. How would everyone compare these taste and price wise to other groceries they buy almonds? And if you can’t make it out to TJs, give these items a try…..
