This Trader Joe’s instant oatmeal is made with cocoa and sea salt, and can be eaten by just adding hot water. It’s not the best instant oatmeal I’ve ever had (maple and brown sugar Quaker oats instant oatmeal still reigns supreme), but this has a lot healthier ingredients than most other instant oatmeals. The chocolate taste is pretty good if you’re in a pinch and want a quick breakfast, but I probably wouldn’t buy these again ………….

Trader Joe’s instant oatmeal with cocoa and sea salt is a new product for 2022, and is a solid addition if you’re looking for a quick snack or breakfast without a bunch of added weird ingredients. How does everyone like to spice these packets up? Adding fruit or other delicious things would definitely make these packets taste a lot better. Of course if you have time to add a bunch of mix ins, you might just want to make the quick cooking Trader Joe’s whole grain rolled oats that have a lot better taste and texture! And if you can’t make it out to TJs, give these items a try…..
