You can use this to make just about anything that reuqires yellow cake, like cupcakes, layer cakes, or any sweet treat you can dream up! There have been so many really yummy Trader Joe’s cake mixes over the last few years, including the blood orange cake mix and the mochi cake mix, but I like that we now have a standard, versatile go to mix. The mix has a good flavor to it, and is perfect for a rich frosting, or anything you want to add to it!….…….

Yellow Birthday Cake Mix at Trader Joe’s
Trader Joe’s yellow cake mix will likely be my new go to for cake mix out of a box, especially since it lacks a lot of the unhealthy, weird ingredients that some of the brand name cake mixes have. How would everyone compare the taste and texture of this birthday cake mix to other ones you’ve had? I’d love to hear if anyone has an ever better boxed cake mix, either at TJs or from a different grocery. And if you can’t make it out to TJs, give these items a try…..
