This Trader Joe’s truffle bbq sauce is new for 2022, and is yet another summer truffle product from TJs. The Trader Joe’s truffle hot sauce was not one of the better tasting hot sauces I’ve had, so this didn’t have a very high bar to cross. This is surprisingly not very trufflley, but more like a sweet, rich and somewhat thick bbq sauce with small hints of truffle taste. That’s a good thing considering truffle flavor can be somewhat gross in too high amounts. I’m just not sure why you would want this flavor in an entire bbq sauce jar. I like the creativity by TJs in attempting this but unless I was making a meal for a diehard truffle enthusiast, I don’t see myself buying this again………….

Trader Joe’s Truffle Sauce
Trader Joe’s truffle flavored bbq sauce is a new addition to the growing number of Trader Joe’s bbq sauces. How would everyone compare this to the truffle flavored hot sauce, or other Trader Joe’s truffle flavored items you’ve had?! If you like truffles, I think you’ll like the faint taste of truffles to go with a nice sweet and a tad smoky bbq sauce.
