These Trader Joe’s vegan cookies are crunchy, gluten free and taste excellent for a cookie with very little sugar and no gluten. I haven’t had a ton of gluten free cookies, but these are at the top of my list of the ones I’ve tried, including other versions at Trader Joe’s that have been vegan. It’s not that easy to find reasonably priced and good tasting gluten free and vegan cookies, but Partake Foods has made a good one here (try these amazing birthday cake flavored ones too). It makes sense that TJs was willing to sell these not as white label cookies but under the Partake brand since they are priced reasonably and have a really good taste. I’ve only tasted the vegan chocolate chip cookies, but have heard good things about the other flavors!………….

Trader Joe’s Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies
Trader Joe’s has carried a few different vegan and gluten free cookies over the years, but these Partake foods ones are relatively new on the shelves. They are made in a vegan cookie butter variety also, but I didn’t see those on the shelf when I got these chocolate chip vegan cookies so maybe TJs doesn’t carry that variety since it’s sort of treading on their cookie butter territory! What is everyone’s favorite variety of these gluten free and vegan cookies if you’ve tried them already?! Supposedly these are also available at Target now and a few other select grocery stores other than Trader Joe’s. I also like these options if you can’t make it to TJs in person….
