Trader Joe’s Dried Apricots

Trader Joe’s dried apricots are one of a bunch of delicious dried fruits that TJs carries. These are a solid value at under $5/lb and as a bonus have no added sugar. I like having dried fruit around for when I want a semi sweet snack without too much sugar. Trader Joe’s dried apricots are usually chewy and delicious, and because they are dried they last a long time without going bad. But my favorite of all the dried fruits has to be the dried baby bananas, mainly because they have so much natural sugar that it’s like eating a dessert basically!………….

I generally really like Trader Joes dried fruit, and these apricots are no exception. If anyone uses apricots in yummy recipes, I’d love to hear about it!
