Trader Joe’s Coconut Rolls, Wafer Cookies

These Trader Joe’s coconut rolls are super light and crispy wafer cookies that have a great coconut flavor to them. The little round tubes pack a lot of sesame seed and coconut flavor, with a perfect texture and shape for easy snacking (I can easily eat the entire box in one sitting). I tried putting one in my coffee and it made it taste like a delicious coconut flavored coffee. I know places like Costco have started to carry crispy coconut rolls, so these have become a lot more popular in the last few years. And the ingredients are pretty straightforward and fairly healthy. Just make sure to keep an extra box in the pantry since these little 2.82 oz boxes won’t last long once you open them up….…….

Crispy Coconut Rolls, Trader Joe’s Cookies

The combination of the coconut flavor, sea salt and sesame seeds make for an incredibly addictive cookie. What is everyone’s favorite drink to have with these little wafer cookies? I like having coffee or tea since hot drinks with this feel sort of indulgent. Where does everyone rank these crispy coconut rolls compared to other Trader Joe’s cookies? When I first saw these they looked like sort of like a healthy and bland snack, but that is definitely not how they taste! If you’ve never had this type of cookie, it really is a must try. And if you can’t make it out to TJs in person, give these items a shot…..
