This Trader Joe’s roasted corn is made with super sweet corn, is fire roasted and is perfect for adding to soups, salads or pretty much anything that needs a flavor and texture boost. Because these are fire roasted kernels of delicious corn, this actually goes really well in any Mexican dish, or things like salsa. I love adding these to my otherwise boring salads for an infusion of flavor that sort of makes you feel like you’re having a more exciting salad than you really are! This Trader Joe’s roasted corn is also great to have with fajitas, tacos or burritos………….

Roasted Corn at Trader Joe’s
Trader Joe’s roasted corn is among a bunch of different roasted vegetables in the TJs frozen aisle. I like the fire roasted onions and peppers a bit more than this corn, but if you love the taste of sweet corn with a legit grilled flavor, this corn is perfect. How does everyone like to use this roasted corn in recipes? And if there’s any really good sauces or other condiments that go really well this fire roasted sweet corn, let us know! At $2.49 for this 1 pound bag of roasted corn, it’s sort of a no brainer to keep this in the back of your freezer. And if you can’t make it out to TJs, give these items a try…..
