Trader Joe’s Corned Beef, Uncured Brisket

This Trader Joe’s corned beef brisket is a nice Trader Joe’s St. Patrick’s day staple available in March. It’s super easy to make and comes in a classic brine. This Trader Joe’s brisket is uncured and comes in pickling spices that give it a pretty good tasting salty flavor. Trader Joe’s corned beef isn’t normally available anywhere at TJs, so make sure to pick up a package starting in early March…..…….

If anyone has a unique corned beef recipe they make for St Patty’s Day, let us know! There are also a lot of really good TJs condiments like mustard that go really well with this brisket corned beef. At under $9 pound this is a pretty good value considering what some groceries sell corned beef brisket for. And if you can’t make it out to TJs, give these items a try…..

  1. I used to buy this every year but last year it shrunk so much it barely left us with half pound of meat. Two of us didn’t even get 4 oz. Trader Joe’s did refund us the entire price but I’m kind of gun shy. Maybe they’ve just gone downhill.
