Trader Joe’s Veggie Burgers, Quinoa Cowboy with Black Beans

These quinoa cowboy Trader Joe’s veggie burgers are made with black beans, corn and quinoa and have a flavorful kick to them. They aren’t all that spicy, but the texture is nice and crisp for a veggie burger, especially if you fry them up in a pan. You can also bake them and they turn out really nicely, but I would say only microwave these veggie burgers if you have no other choice. This is a nice Trader Joe’s veggie burger option that I like to keep in my freezer just in case………….

Trader Joe’s Quinoa Cowboy Veggie Burgers

There are a few different meatless burger alternatives at TJs these days, but these Trader Joe’s veggie burgers made with black beans and corn are among my favorite. How does everyone like to cook these burgers? If anyone has a go to sauce or topping they put on these TJs burgers I’d love to hear about it! I haven’t made my own homemade veggie burgers before so if anyone wants to share a recipe I would love to try it. And if you can’t make it out to TJs, give these items a try…..
