Trader Joe’s Vegan Pesto, with Kale and Cashew

This Trader Joe’s vegan pesto is a nice addition to the growing number of vegan items available at TJs nowadays. It has a bright and refreshing flavor to it, and is a nice change of pace from the other canned or refrigerated regular Trader Joe’s pesto. This has cashews, kale and basil among other ingredients, and has the traditional green pesto color. ………….

Cashew, Basil and Kale Vegan Pesto at Trader Joe’s

Trader Joe’s vegan pesto comes in the refrigerated section in a half pound tub, and generally doesn’t expire for a month or two from when you buy it. How does everyone like to use this TJs vegan pesto? If anyone has a really good vegan dish they like to eat with this pesto, let us know! I’d love to know if anyone has a super delicious homemade vegan pesto recipe they can share. Homemade pesto can really taste especially fresh and bright when you eat it just after pureeing all the yummy ingredients. And if you can’t make it out to TJs, give these items a try…..
