This Trader Joe’s turmeric is organic, comes ground in the TJs spice section, and is a good value at under $2. This has come and gone over the years at Trader Joes, but I really love the slight peppery and subtle flavor and golden color of ground turmeric. I love putting it in lattes with almond milk, or in chicken recipes to add a really nice color to otherwise boring dishes. Trader Joes ginger turmeric tea is also a nice option if you just want to buy your turmeric tea all ready to go in bags…….…….

Organic Ground Turmeric at Trader Joe’s
Trader Joe’s ground turmeric is a a great addition to a pantry for random times when you want to spice things up. I’m curious to know if anyone has a really good recipe with entrees or protein centric dishes. And if anyone uses this for turmeric lattes or a tea recipe, we’d love to hear about it.
