This Trader Joe’s sesame oil is toasted, organic and adds a really nice rich, almost umami flavor to anything you add it to. It goes great in salad dressings, drizzled over vegetables and rice or pretty much anything you want to add a full bodied, delicious background taste to. This TJs toasted sesame oil comes in a small 5 ounce bottle and is a really good value at under $3 compared to other fancy groceries like Whole Foods that carry it. I also like adding a little to salmon or fish since it mixes really well with the fattiness of fish for a super rich flavor….…….
