Trader Joe’s Salmon Burgers

These Trader Joe’s salmon burgers are easy to make on the stove top, oven or even in the microwave, have only 100 calories, and are a solid choice for a protein filled meal. They don’t have a super fishy taste to them and hold up as well as you can expect for a burger made out of pink salmon. If you absolutely have to you can microwave these, but they taste way, way better if you grill, saute or even bake them. On the grill is a good option to impart a nice smoke flavor to them, but in a pan with oil is probably my favorite method since it gives the burgers a nice crust. Any way you cook this salmon it has a good, healthy, clean flavor…….…….

Wild Caught Salmon Burgers at Trader Joe’s

There are a few different Trader Joe’s burgers made from seafood, including the Trader Joe’s Mahi Mahi burgers and the Trader Joe’s shrimp burgers. I honestly like all of them, but I would probably put these salmon burgers a notch below those other two in terms of taste and texture. What is everyone’s favorite Trader Joe’s frozen seafood burger? If you had to rate the mahi mahi burgers, shrimp burgers and these salmon burgers in order, what do you think would be number 1? I’d probably go Mahi Mahi, Shrimp and then salmon! And if you can’t make it out to TJs, give these items a try…..
