Trader Joe’s Salad Kits, Southwest Chopped Salad

These Trader Joe’s salad kits are a solid option for when you want a super easy way to mix together a salad with the dressing and mix ins all in one packet. There have been a bunch of different Trader Joe’s salad kits over the years, but one of the best ones is the Southwestern chopped salad version. It has a bunch of yummy things like cotija cheese, pepitas, tortilla strips and cilantro, all mixed in with romaine and green cabbage. The included spicy southwest avocado dressing is also a nice kick that makes the entire salad kit a healthy and pretty strong tasting option………….

Trader Joe’s salad kits are always nice to have around when you don’t have time to put together a delicious salad. The only issue is that sometime the lettuce goes bad fairly quickly, so make sure to check the date on the salad kit. What is everyone’s favorite TJs salad kit? 1. I love the Southwest Chopped Salad from TJs, but I especially love the dressing that comes with it: The Spicy Southwest Avocado Dressing. I would love a recipe for that dressing, but I’d love even more if TJs would sell it in a bottle separately from the salad kit!!
