This Trader Joe’s mashed cauliflower is a new product for 2022 and is in the refrigerated section at TJs. This is a really similar product to the frozen mashed cauliflower but this is technically Trader Joe’s creamy cauliflower mash. I don’t love the consistency of either product, but if you’re looking for a healthy alternative to mashed potatoes for a low carb and high nutrient side dish, this fits the bill. It does have a pretty nice buttery flavor to it, so i think this is a good option if you want to mix it up from the frozen version………….

Trader Joe’s mashed cauliflower is always a good way to have a low carb side dish, and because this new refrigerated version is microwaveable, you can prepare this in just a few minutes. How would everyone compare this version to the frozen cauliflower mash?
