This Trader Joe’s Tikka Masala sauce has a great curry flavor. If you cook with this simmer sauce your kitchen will smell like you opened an Indian restaurant! The flavor is definitely not overwhelming. I’ve used this to cook with chicken for a variety of dishes and garnishes and really like the simple profile of this particular Trader Joe’s Tikka Masala Sauce. Sometime it’s overwhelming choosing the different types of ethnic sauces at TJ’s but you really can’t go wrong with any of them. What would everyone recommend as a go to recipe to use this tikka masala simmer sauce with? Maybe there is a a vegan dish that would go really well with this too. This is just one of many really good Indian sauces at TJ’s, and they always seem to be adding or tweaking Indian products.…….

Trader Joe’s Tikka Masala Simmer Sauce
Indian food seems to have so many awesome and unique flavors. While curry sauce is more of the standard variety Indian sauces, I’d love to hear suggestions on other sauces to try. I know that many of the spices used in Indian cooking are ones I am probably not familiar with, but whenever I try something new when eating Indian food I am rarely disappointed! I bet people can recommend some great combos of proteins and sauces used in traditional Indian cooking. I think I would rank the sauce aisle of Trader Joe’s as one of my favorite places in the store. All of the different sauces from around the world and so many possibilities that it’s hard to go wrong…
