These Trader Joe’s english muffins are gluten free, come in a pack of four, and can be found in the bakery and gluten free section of TJs. It’s not that easy to find gluten free english muffins, especially ones priced reasonably low without any super weird ingredients. These have a pretty good taste and texture to them, even when toasted, and are a really good addition in the last year or two to the growing Trader Joe’s gluten free bakery section………….

Gluten Free Trader Joe’s English Muffins
Trader Joe’s english muffins are a really good way to get a filling gluten free breakfast. How does everyone like to use these in simple and delicious recipes or sandwiches? I like crisping these up a little bit in a pan with butter and then putting a fried egg and some bacon on it! And if you can’t make it out to TJs, give these items a try…..

WTF do they put sugar in and English Muffin. And that list of ingredients has a bunch of weird shit in it. Just make your own at home. No sugar or dough conditioners or preservatives needed.
do you have gluten free english muffins at the Bellingham store?
