Trader Joe’s Cinnamon Rolls

These Trader Joe’s cinnamon rolls are jumbo sized and delicious. They are super easy to pop in the oven for about 20 minutes. Squeeze the sweet but not overly sweet vanilla icing on them and devour a roll as the icing drips off the sides. It probably is pretty hard to mess up cinnamon rolls. And TJs does a nice job with these. I also like the Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Cinnamon rolls, but it really depends what you feel like. The pumpkin cinnamon rolls have a really nice flavor but you kind of have to feel like those. For these regular TJ’s cinnamon rolls, I can pretty much eat them any time of year and be pretty, pretty happy. Has anyone slathered something else delicious or unique on these other than the icing Trader Joe’s gives you in the package?!………….

Cinnamon Rolls at Trader Joe’s

There’s something about opening cinnamon rolls like this and having the tube squish open that just makes me happy. I am sometimes conflicted over whether to wait to put the vanilla icing on thee TJ’s cinnamon rolls while they are still hot. If you drizzle the icing on the hot rolls, it will kind of melt off and run all over. Delicious but not as thick and a lot will end up on the plate. I generally like to let them cool and then put the icing on. That way the Trader Joe’s cinnamon rolls can keep the icing right on top and you get more of a bakery like cinnamon roll look! I know these are serious questions and decisions to make, but someone has to make them!…..

  1. Did you buy the rolls in the refrigeration section of TJ’s or, off the shelf.
I camp a lot and would like to keep this product in the dry goods box versus the fridge.
