This chili onion crunch is an interesting one for me. I really like the taste with the toasted onions, garlic and bell peppers in olive oil. I just sometimes have a hard time finding food to use it on. It’s smoky and savory and delicious. It also sort of dominates whatever you drizzle it on or dip into it. Trader Joe’s says you can use it on just about anything. Among the foods TJ’s says you can use chili onion crunch on include hot dogs, pasta, burritos, omelettes, pizza, burgers, and chow mein. I do need to try this on a hot dog. I feel like that could be a weirdly delicious version of a chili cheese dog with some crunch to it. How would you answer this.. “I love to use Trader Joe’s chili onion crunch on…”?!?………….

Chili Onion Crunch at Trader Joe’s
Trader Joe’s Chili Onion Crunch has now been around for a few years. When it first hit the shelves it was a huge hit and I had a hard time finding it regularly stocked. But I do wonder if a bunch of people have it in their pantry now and are still a tad unclear on what to use this on. Maybe it’s just me. I’m not creative enough and don’t have any culinary chops. What are everyone’s top foods to use this with!? I must be missing some amazing combo that this goes with. I may be a little biased against this because the first time I brought this home the bottle was a little leaky and I had super pungent oil and paprika colored goop on my car seat and grocery bag. And if you can’t make it out to TJs, give these items a try….
